Braves’ Campbell Named South Division Player of the Year

Staunton first baseman Wyatt Campbell has been selected as the VBL South Division Player of the Year.

Campbell, who will be transferring to JMU for the 2026 season, led the South Division and ranked second in the VBL with 10 home runs. He led the VBL with 11 doubles. He ranked second in the South in RBIs and run scored, finishing with 30 RBIs and 31 runs scored. He finished with a .268 batting average and ranked third in the division with 34 base hits.
