University of Virginia’s Henry Ford has been named to the Freshman All-America First Team by the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association.
Ford played during the 2023 summer season with the Charlottesville Tom Sox.
A member ACC All-Freshman team, Ford has started all but two games this season for the Cavaliers and put together one of the best first-year campaigns in program history. Over 59 games he’s batting .339 with 13 doubles, 17 homers and 68 RBI.
