West Virginia Tech’s Robert Kelley, who played with the Harrisonburg Turks a year ago, has been named the River States Conference Pitcher of the Week for the third time this season,
Kelley struck out 12 in a shutout victory over Ohio Christian.
The righthander leads the NAIA national stats with 101 strikeouts this season.
