West Virginia Tech RHP Robert Kelley has been named the River States Conference Pitcher of the Year.
Kelley posted a 10-3 record this year in his 14 starts. He recorded a 3.62 earned run average with 120 strikeouts over his 87 innings pitched. Kelley walked just 19 batters. The right-hander leads the RSC and the NAIA in strikeouts, while his 10 wins ties for first in the RSC.
Kelley pitched for the Harrisonburg Turns in 2023 and is expected to return to the team this summer.
