The New Market Rebels swept the Valley Baseball League weekly honors in the North Division with Jake Henry Williams (Arkansas State) selected as Hitter of the Week and his Rebels teammate Garrett Wright (Augusta State) being named Pitcher of the Week.
Williams hit .500 this past week in four games, going 8-for-16. He had two doubles, scored three runs and drove in five runs.
Wright pitched 11 innings of four-hit baseball. He allowed four runs, all unearned, and struck out 11 batters.
Other Pitchers Nominated:
Front Royal: Aidan Baumgardner (South Carolina-Sumter) pitched four shutout innings, allowing just one hit. He struck out three and did not walk a batter.

Winchester: Shanley Wall (East Stroudsburg) hit .439 (7-for-16) and walked six times, He had two RBIs and two stolen bases.
Front Royal – Elijah Grant (South Carolina) hit .429 with a double, triple, four runs scored and three RBIs. Had a 1.143 OPS,
