Just one game was on the slate for today, so the writeup will be significantly smaller than usual. But don’t fret- All-Star game selections will be made Monday mid-day, so I hope to have an announcement Monday afternoon!

Hitter of the Day

Waynesboro’s Zach Levenson has continued his torrid hitting since arriving in the Valley from Seminole State- yesterday, he went 4-5, with a run, three RBIs, a double, and home run to raise his season averages up to .413/.460/.826. He’s hit in seven straight games, and has five doubles, a triple, four home runs, and 11 RBIs in only 11 games.

For the season so far, the righthander from Virginia Tech is 1-0, 1.80, with only 17 baserunners and 25 strikeouts in 20 innings pitched.
