Hitter of the Day

The HOD is Harrisonburg’s Jordan Sweeney, from Rutgers, who went 2-4, with a run, walk, home run, and four RBIs in the Turks’ win. Sweeney has been a mainstay in the Harrisonburg lineup, and is hitting .276/.353/.474 in 116 at-bats, with nine doubles, a triple, four home runs, 21 RBIs, and 13 walks against 45 strikeouts.
