Toberman hit .409 (9-for-21) this past week with a homer, three doubles and 10 RBIs. Toberman is hitting .412 this season with three homers and 16 RBIs. Toberman hit safely in all five games and drove in at least one run in all five games. He had the game-winning RBI in a 6-5 win over Waynesboro. Hatcher was 8-for-16 on the week with three homers and nine RBIs. He had a grand slam homer in a win over Covington and hit two homers in a loss to Staunton.
The South Pitcher of the Week is Charlottesville’s Ethan Sutton (Georgia). Sutton made two appearances, pitching a total of eight innings. He allowed one run on three hits with nine strikeouts and two walks.

Culpeper: Brok Eddy (Arizona State) made one start and pitched five innings, allowing no runs on two hits. He struck out six and walked three.
Staunton: Evan McDade (Fairmont State) made three relief appearances, pitching 3.2 innings. He allowed one run on four hits with 1 strikeout and two walks.
Harrisonburg: Carson Morton (Wingate) made two appearances, pitching a total of five innings. He allowed one unearned run on one hit. He struck out four batters.
Waynesboro: Matthew Sheppard (Ferrum) made two relief appearances. He pitched five innings and allowed two hits. He struck out five and walked three.
