PURCELLVILLE – All-Star Weekend is here, and Saturday and Sunday are full of a variety events for the entire family.
Activities began Saturday at 2 p.m. with a scavenger face painting, corn hole and music by DJ Flo. Fans will also have a chance to meet players during the afternoon hours.
The main event Saturday is the Home Run Derby beginning with the high school event at 5 p.m., followed by the Valley Baseball League Home Run Derby at 7 p.m.
Sunday’s activities began at 2 p.m., including live music by the RoadDucks.
At 6 p.m. Sunday, the VBL 2024 Hall of Fame Class will be inducted.
The weekend’s showcase event, the VBL All-Star Game will start at 7 p.m. Sunday evening.
