Sentara conducted the World’s largest clinical trial of copper preventing healthcare associated infections. They now have copper-infused linens and hard surfaces in every hospital. Additionally, Sentara was the FIRST in Virginia to establish drive-through COVID-19 testing sites as well as being the FIRST host a COVID-19 vaccine clinic.
