Vogatsky Named USA Signs Pitcher of the Week

Week 4 Signs USA Pitcher of the Week goes to Purcellville Cannons’ Joe Vogatsky, following two games played, a 1-0 record and a 0.75 ERA this week. Vogatsky now improves to a 2-0 record, a 2.51 ERA on the season and 35 strikeouts.

Vogatsky threw 12 innings in his two games this week, earning a commanding 18 strikeouts and allowing only one run. He first pitched six innings against Harrisonburg for a 1-0 win, and followed it up with another six innings against Charlottesville.
